Client workspace walkthrough

See how the client workspace organizes approved website updates in one place.

The client view

The client workspace is the safe side of SiteFerry. It shows the assigned website, approved pages, editable fields, draft state, preview controls, publish actions, deployment status, and support contact.

What appears in the workspace

  • Assigned website and project details.
  • Approved pages prepared by the developer.
  • Editable copy fields.
  • Approved image replacement slots.
  • Save draft and discard draft controls.
  • Preview controls for reviewing changes before publish.
  • Publish controls when the website is ready for publishing.
  • Deployment status after publishing.
  • Support contact for access, billing, image, preview, or publish help.

Why the workspace is scoped

A client should only see the website workspace assigned to them. That keeps every client separated and prevents accidental access to another project.

The workspace also keeps technical provider controls out of the client workflow, so clients can focus on content instead of hosting, repositories, deployment settings, or billing-provider configuration.
